Preface: if you are looking for a job it is usually most effective to directly outreach to someone at the organisation and ask them to help you out. It would be best to show that you have the skills for the role, or, if you see a gap for a new role that you think you fill. That will go a long way in demonstrating that you are aligned with the organisation.
For tech-company leetcode/hackerrank software engineering technical interviews, I wrote a post a few years ago which, looking back on it now being an occasional interviewer, seems to still be valid.
And to be honest, I wrote that post at the time as all the other guidance on it seemed to be less concise.
